7.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to change of mind or preference, the return shipping cost is borne by you (unless we offer free returns as a promotion).
For returns due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective items), we cover the return shipping cost and will provide a prepaid label or reimburse your courier charges upon submission of receipt.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Enter your order ID and email address.
Select the item(s) and reason for return.
Choose refund or exchange.
Print the return label (if provided) and pack the item securely.
Drop it off at the nearest courier point or schedule a pickup.
